Through it's Real Group Fund III LP, Real Group Canada has partnered with BriarPath Properties to take advantage of the opportunities currently available in the US real estate market. BriarPath's relationship with Real Group has two primary aspects to it; first, we are sourcing and helping Real Group acquire properties to hold in their portfolio for rentals and owner financing. Secondly, we are partnering with them to acquire and resell bulk single-family residences throughout the United States.
